Per the CBA, as of 9/1/25 returning full-time faculty have received raises in the amount of $1000 + 3% (by average in rank). Rank in this case is based on the faculty member’s official rank as of 8/31 (so faculty who just received a promotion receive a raise based on their former rank). No entry for year 2024-25 means the person was not employed at Adelphi or not a member of the bargaining unit that year. Department chairs are included on the list of salaries even though they are considered outside of the bargaining unit during their term as chair.
